    I just want to take this occasion to thank you for posting some useful references in another post, recently. Information which can help reasonable people make sound decisions contributes much more to the debate than any number of hypotheticals.
    The hypotheticals are interesting attention-grabbers, though, so I understand their allure. I just don’t know what to do with them that doesn’t get “gamed” by someone else.
    Thanks, though, for keeping these issues on the front burner.
